This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all users of The Pack Trail (the “Service”), owned and operated by Novus Logic.


1. No Refund Policy (Important)

  • All payments made for the Service are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds, credits, partial refunds, or chargebacks under any circumstances.
  • This applies to all subscription plans, upgrades, renewals, and one-time purchases.

By purchasing or subscribing to the Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles.
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing period.
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing term unless terminated earlier.

3. Free Trial

  • We may offer a free trial without collecting payment information.
  • No charges apply during the trial period.
  • If you choose to subscribe after the trial, billing begins immediately.
  • Once billing starts, the no-refund policy applies.

4. Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not make you eligible for a refund.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your subscription status.

5. Downgrades & Plan Changes

  • Downgrades or plan changes take effect in the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
  • No refunds or credits are provided for unused time or reduced usage.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

  • If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions:
  • You forfeit any remaining subscription time.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued.

7. Service Issues & Downtime

  • Temporary outages, maintenance, or technical issues do not qualify for refunds or credits.
  • The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees unless stated in a separate SLA.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate account suspension.
  • Chargebacks do not override this no-refund policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the website.
